Krista Donnelly and Molly Smith are Managing Directors and co-founders of Kensington Partners. Together they bring a depth of industry knowledge and a commitment to building strong client relationships through personalized attention to your hiring needs. With complementary skill sets, Krista and Molly employ creative and effective sourcing strategies, leveraging an extensive national and regional network.
Krista Donnelly
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Krista has over 20 years of executive search experience that ranges from securing C-level talent to implementing large scale staffing projects. Prior to co-founding Kensington Partners, Krista served as Vice President of The Wilmark Group, a search and professional staffing company, where she was responsible for leading practices in Accounting and Finance and Professional Services. She began her career with Olsten Staffing Services, where she was responsible for building relationships with her client companies as well as developing customized large-scale hiring plans. She has her BA from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Her ability to partner with client companies has led to long-term partnerships with leading companies in the Life Science, High Tech and Professional Services industries.
Molly Smith
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Molly has over 20 years of executive search experience on both the national and regional level working with Fortune 500 companies to emerging start- ups. Prior to co-founding Kensington Partners, Molly was one of the first employees of The Wilmark Group, and as Vice President was responsible for the development and growth of their Information Technology and Marketing/Sales practices on both the East and West coast. Molly started her career employed by Talent Tree Staffing Services, a national placement firm. She was located on-site at Polaroid Corporation and was responsible for leading Polaroid’s outsourcing efforts. She worked closely with hiring managers at various locations to successfully manage all of their recruitment needs. She has her BA from the College of the Holy Cross and has extensive experience in recruiting executive talent across the High Tech, Life Science and Professional Services sectors. Her consultative approach and deep industry knowledge has allowed her to develop effective recruitment solutions for her clients.
